Cleburne County and the City of Heber Springs recognize the efforts of foster families, social workers, faith-based and community organization, and others that are improving the lives of young people in foster care, across our county and state.

Cleburne County and the City of Heber Springs appreciate the Arkansas Extension Homemakers/Home Demonstration work started in Arkansas in 1912, with the purpose of empowering individuals and families to improve their quality of living through continuing education, leadership development and community service.
